Features include die-cast woofer baskets and massive front baffles that add rigidity and ensure precise alignment of driver components for unparalleled accuracy and near-zero distortion. Boston Acoustics also uses die-cast aluminum to create a patent-pending pivoting tweeter cup that acts as a heat sink and makes it easier to attain concert hall quality in any room. Plus, the VRi560 includes a boundary compensation switch that allows the sound to be tailored to counteract the effects of being installed too close to, or too far away from, a corner. The result is optimum sound from any installation location.
