It is intended for use as a main system speaker (whose bipolar pattern gives you tremendously enhanced spaciousness plus unequaled dispersion throughout your room). In addition, it is a superb rear/side surround speaker for multi-channel systems and is also perfect for producing exceptional sounding music anywhere you want it. Creative design has resulted in a compact unit with a grille which is almost flush with the wall.
