Design
The IC 408 LCR is a 3-way in-ceiling speaker, part of the new 400 line, which consists of high-quality speakers at astonishingly affordable prices.
The IC 408 LCR is a powerful speaker, designed for use as a front left/right speaker, or as a center channel. The IC 408 LCR is versatile and suited for both movies and music.
With its paintable magnetic grille, the IC 408 LCR is designed to blend seamlessly into the room—so all you notice is the great sound.
Technology
The IC 408 LCR uses an 8-inch Kevlar® woofer, a 1.5-inch titanium dome midrange and a 1-inch titanium dome tweeter to deliver remarkably accurate sound, tailored to its design.
The tweeter can be fine tuned with the switch so it fits your taste.

Polypropylene Woofer and Titanium Dome
The combination of Polypropylene woofer and Titanium dome provides excellent sound qualities.
Pivoting Tweeter
The pivoting tweeter can easily be directed toward the sweet spot in any listening area, providing the best possible listening conditions.
Adjustable Impedance and Tweeter Level
This speaker is provided with switches for the tweeter and the impedance. The switches are placed on the front of the speaker, behind the grille, for easy post installation fine-tuning to any speaker set-up and listening environment
Paintable Frame and Grill
Both the frame and grille can be painted for perfect integration with the surroundings. We recommend using a spray paint. Separate the grille and the frame from the speaker and paint them individually. Then while the paint on the grille is still wet, gently blow air through the grille from the one side in order to clear all the small metal holes of paint. |
