To Control the system - Use the Wall Keypad, or Handheld Remote. To turn on a Zone we press the power button on Top. All Selections are made on the soft-touch keys on the side of the LCD display.
When we Turn it on – We see the Top Level Categories. These are your list of Entertainment and Intercom Features.
Entertain - Audio Distribution Sources;
By Selecting an Input below it will switch both Audio and Video if there is a video connection to a TV in that room. The source names can be programmed to match your exact source names... If you have 2 CD players, name them CD1 and CD2. The system will allow for discrete control for all remote commands to each device through a dedicated IR port for each soruce.
Full Data - By adding the ST2 XM Radio or Sirius Radio Tuners you will have full station display and selection. By adding the AudioAccess iPod dock you will have full iPod data and control. If you add the Sony multi-disc DVD or CD changer, you will have full control and data feedback from the unit.

Intercom Paging
1. 1 Select “Paging”
2. Select the single room, group of rooms, or all rooms to page.
3. Press the Talk button.
4. This will mute the audio in any room you chose to speak to, and send the system page.

2. Select Audio only or Audio and Video (If Security Camera / Nanny Cam is Connected)
3. Talk back to that room.
Setup
No High-priced programmer required. Many other high-end audio systems require a programmer to setup the entire system. The AudioAccess WHEN System is pre-set for all features. You simply need to go to the on-screen menu of the AVR receiver and teach your source remote control commands, name your zones, and begin use. Setup is strait forward, and quick.
1. Set your default Volume Level

3. Set your Background Color – Set the “Fade-in-Fade-out” for background color.
