GE Wireless Smoke & Heat Detector

This Wireless Smoke detector features a built in fixed temp & Rate of rise heat sensor. This allows the sensor to detect heat over 135°F which is benificial in situations where heat reaches the sensor before any smoke. This sensor also features a 15°F Rate of Rise per minute. So if the temperature raises faster than 15°F in less than 60 seconds which typically indicates a fire, the system will detect it.
