GE Wireless Smoke & Heat Detector

This Wireless Smoke detector features a built in fixed temp & Rate of rise heat sensor. This allows the sensor to detect heat over 135?F which is benificial in situations where heat reaches the sensor before any smoke. This sensor also features a 15?F Rate of Rise per minute. So if the temperature raises faster than 15?F in less than 60 seconds which typically indicates a fire, the system will detect it.
