Not what was expected - disappointed
Problems with the camera/system/setup:
1) I was informed that my video service would retain ALL images the camera captures, not just when the camera 'thinks' it sees motion (and the camera often misses people walking right in front of it). I only can review archive footage for 'events,' not continuous playback from prior days/hours/etc.
2) The camera has a hook-up for a microphone/speaker, but there's no way to listen to/send audio. ??? This is a useless feature if it cannot be used!
3) The camera, when accessed from your internal network, needs a username/password. Nextalarm informed me that *They do not give out the username/password!* I have a piece of equipment on MY network but you won't give me access information? It's MY camera, NOT yours, *I* bought it. Give me the information.
4) The "app" from the Android store does not function. You need to enter an 'account key.' A what? Where do I find this? What is it? No help from NextAlarm.
Since I'm unable to view my ENTIRE archive of video footage, *even if nothing was 'captured' at the time I'm viewing* and I have a piece of equipment that I cannot properly access, this is a useless piece of hardware that is being returned next week.
