You set the high, and low temperature limits in your building. If the temperature gets too warm, or too cool, the system will call you, tell you the temperature, and that there is a problem.

If you use the other inputs to detect for water, or break-ins. The system can be programmed to call you and let you know what the problem is.

If there is a problem - And the sensaphone system calls you, by just pressing a couple of buttons on your phone, you can listen-in to what is happening.

Would you like to know if the power has gone out? This Sensaphone system has a built-in power sensing device. When the power goes out, and the battery back-up has been turned on. The system can call you, and let you know the power is out.
