Home Security Camera Systems
Security Camera Surveillance Systems will allow you to record and monitor any location, indoor and outdoor. Use a security camera to keep an eye on your children while they play in the yard in the day, and the same night vision security camera can help protect you at night.
View any security camera(s) on all of your home televisions by simply adding an RF Modulator - This will create a television channel for each security camera allowing you to view any location of your home from the comfort of your favorite chair.
Popular Security Camera Requirements:
Night Vision Cameras:
Night Vision Security Cameras will allow you to view almost anything in complete darkness. These cameras feature built-in infrared lights, which only the camera can detect, and converts that into visible light for you to detect on any monitor. This will look like someone shining a flashlight into a completely dark area - While it remains completely dark.
Dome Security Cameras.
Dome security cameras are popular in offices, retail stores, and many other indoor applications. The cameras feature a frosted cover that will not show what direction the camera is facing. These cameras also typically look better for indoor applications than having a large camera hanging from the ceiling.
Cat 5 Security Cameras
Not to be confused with network addressable cameras - Cat5 Security cameras can use existing, or new cat 5 wire to transmit the video signal. These cameras require a Cat5 Video module to convert the signal back into a standard RCA connection for use with most CCTV equipment. These cameras should never be connected to a network hub.
Time Lapse Recorders
Time lapse Recorders are used to record security cameras over long periods of time, using standard VCR VHS tapes. These recorders have built-in speed settings, that allow the recorder to save up to a week of video to any standard tape.
Digital Video Recorders
Digital video recorders feature a built-in hard drive to save audio and video from any security camera - These can save weeks worth of video, with out making any changes. These recorders save data just like a computer, and allow you to archive and save video for future viewing.
Camera Quad Splitter Multiplexor
A security camera quad splitter is a device that can take multiple cameras and combine the signal for viewing multiple security cameras on a single monitor, or TV.
These multiplexors come in color, black & white, 4 input, 8 input, and 16 input. Selecting one that will best fit your needs, and will allow your system to grow as needed is suggested
