At Home Technology Store, we provide a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise as follows in our Return Policy:

100% refund on unused or unopened items

 

  1. Item must be requested for return within 30 days from the date you receive your purchase.
  2. Item must be returned in its original condition as it was received, including all packaging boxes, manuals and product must not have been used in any manner for the 100% refund.
  3. Items must be packaged in a shipping box - Do not ship items in the factory packaging only.
  4. All items returned within 30 days unused or unopened qualify for a 100% refund or 100% in store credit.
  5. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless the purchase is due to our error. All purchases by credit card, check, money order, cashier's check or cash will be refunded in the same manner used to purchase. Please allow two weeks from the date you shipped the product back to us for processing.
  6. If you are issued an RMA number for your return, you have 20 days from the date we issued the RMA to have the product returned to us. If your return is received past the 20 days, this will cause your return to fall under our 60-day return policy and may now only qualify for in store credit, or it will be refused and returned back to you if it is sent back past 60 days of purchase.
  7. You, the product owner are responsible for all shipping charges that may occur while returning any new or defective merchandise.

 

Installed, programmed, or opened items. Minimum 20% restocking fee applies

 

  1. All items returned within 30 days for installed or opened items automatically qualify for credit minus a minimum 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees are issued because installed/programmed/used products are not considered "new" and must be discounted for resale.
  2. Items must be packaged in a shipping box - Do not ship items in the factory packaging only.
  3. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless the purchase is due to our error. All purchases by credit card, check, money order, cashier's check or cash will be refunded in the same manner used to purchase. Please allow two weeks from the date you shipped the product back to us for processing.
  4. Any products that have been installed or used must be returned in "like new" condition - as it was received, including all packaging boxes/materials and manuals.
  5. If you are issued an RMA number for your return, you have 20 days from the date we issued the RMA to have the product returned to us. If your return is received past the 20 days, this will cause your return to be refused and returned back to you.
  6. Any returns which have damaged or missing parts, including: factory boxes, manuals, accessories for installation, or defective components could be charged up to a 50% restocking fee OR will not be issued a refund based on our inspection of the returned products. If you are not issued a refund the product will be shipped back to you. We will contact you when there is an obvious issue with a return.

 

60 Day 100% In-Store Credit Return Policy
