Finding information online is easy, however finding someone to help when all of the information and "conflicting" product reviews confuse you further is impossible. I am technically minded, more so than the average person. The problem is, trying to make an educated decision when there are hundreds of brands, solutions and price ranges. I found myself unable to make a decision, and design my theater system alone.

While looking at possible solutions, I saw that HTS offers a "Free Design Service". I decided to give it a try, but was not expecting much, honestly I figured I would get an email back with a list of their highest profit items. To my supprise I was contacted by a consultant (Chris) who started asking questions about my life style, preferences, and overall wishlist. I was then presented a complete system bid, with an explination of why he felt this was the best solution for me. There was no pressure or "Sales Tactics", it actually felt like Chris was there looking out for my investment.

It is rare to work with a company even face-to-face and trust they actually are looking out for your best interest, on large investments - To find a company online that was able to build this trust, and actually listen to what I need is very refreshing.

My home theater has beein installed for 3 weeks now - I love it. Bottom line, dealing with HTS was a great decision. I am very pleased with my experience.

We recently built a new home and wanted to explore some of the cool new technologies that we’ve seen in other homes, and that we’ve heard about elsewhere. In our many shopping excursions, we found both a wide range of products, as well as a wide range of expertise (or lack thereof). We decided to stop at the Home technology Store to see what they had to offer, and within minutes we knew this was going to be the place where we would make our purchase. Two things impressed us from the start – first, the staff listened – this was refreshing in itself because many places would hear us out for a moment and then start showing us all that they deemed necessary for our project. The staff at Home Technology Store didn’t show us a single product until they had a full understanding of what we truly wanted to do, and even then, it wasn’t “well this box will do this and that box will do that…”. They simply showed us how they could accommodate our lifestyle, and that they would provide us with a bid that should accomplish what we wanted. They set up an appointment with their install team make some specific determinations as specific wiring and so forth, and had a complete package presented the next day. The second thing that impressed us was how easy they made this whole experience for us. They created a system that seamlessly integrated into our home, did everything we wanted it to do, and was easy for us to understand and to use. We couldn’t be happier with the service or the system!
