Same Day Shipping
Home Technology Store ships most items the same day, if the order is received by 12pm CST. (not applicable on weekends or holidays). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Orders of multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise specified. All shipments for orders over $500 will be sent "Signature Required" unless specified otherwise prior to shipment.
Standard Ground Shipping (Continental US)
All ground orders are shipped from our Lewiston, Minnesota, facility at a flat rate of $8.95. Please refer to the delivery map below for standard delivery times.
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are available at actual UPS shipping cost upon request. Please note that backordered items are not available for same day shipment. Please contact customer service before ordering.
Customers are responsible for paying the exact cost of shipping. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. Some shipping carriers charge a brokerage fee for international shipments, this is not a fee added from our company - please check with your local shipping carrier for brokerage fee information.
For international orders, we require that all items of an order be in stock before shipping. If one or more items are in backordered status, shipping will be put on hold until all items are available for one shipment. If you would prefer to split the shipments, please email or call to request partial shipping and we will process the products that are in stock and ship the backordered items separately when it becomes available. Shipping charges will apply for each shipment.
We strive to keep all items in stock. If items are out of stock we will ship the product from the manufacturer if possible, or ship the product to you as soon as it comes into stock. In the event of a long delay or backorder, we will contact you to discuss a possible product substitution or to provide you with the expected ship date.
Special Order Items
Special order items are not stocked in our warehouse but can usually be shipped within 5 Days. Special ordered products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, nor are they refundable.
Damaged Shipments / Missing Parts
In the event that a product is damaged in shipment or appears to have missing parts, the customer must notify customer service within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Upon notification, we will work with you to determine a satisfactory resolution.
