Shipping Policy
All Shipments over $500 will be sent "Signature Required", Unless Specified Otherwise by Customer prior to shipment.
We Are Currently Offering a $5.95 Flat Fee Shipping Charge for ALL orders for UPS ground shipping. Offer is good for the lower 48 us states on UPS ground shipment only.
Same Day Shipping
Home Technology Store ships most items the Same Day if the order is received by 12pm CST. (Does not apply to weekends and holidays). We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Orders of multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.
NOTE: UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package you ship to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any ground package originating in Alaska or Hawaii. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped out UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Express. Customer is responsible for exact shipping charges. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.
Back Ordered Items
We strive to keep all items in stock. If items are out of stock we will drop ship the product from the manufacture if possible, or ship the product to you as soon as it comes into stock. Continental U.S. addresses are shipped out using the same shipping method you chose at no extra charge to you.
Express Shipping
UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3 Day Select are available at actual UPS shipping cost upon request. Note backordered items may not be available for same day shipment. Please contact customer service before ordering.
International Shipping
Shipments to International addresses are welcome. You pay the exact cost of shipping your order. Orders of $200US and up may only be shipped via UPS World Wide Express to addresses outside of North America. NOTE: When ordering on-line, our web site applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. YOU PAY THE EXACT COST OF SHIPPING. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some shipping carriers will charge a brokerage fee for international shipments, this is not a fee added from our company, but a fee you must pay according to your local laws - please check with your local shipping carrier for brokerage fee information.
Damaged, Lost or Late Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages, which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us at customer_ service@home-technology-store.com or call us at 1-507-523-2146 in case of damaged or lost shipments. Home Technology Store LLC is not responsible for any packages lost in shipment. Once the package leaves our office at 5 fremont st. n. in Lewiston MN, the shipping carrier is responsible for all shipments. If there was a shipping error caused by our company we will take appropriate actions, and claim responsibility. Only after a full investigation and our company claiming responsibility will we issue reimbursement on a package. We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner. We are not reasonable for any late shipments on packages if shipped in a timely manner, and shipped using the customers desired shipment method. All issues should be worked out between the customer and the shipping provider party's. No shipping charges will be reimbursed on shipments; unless Home Technology Store llc has reached a decision and solely claims responsibility for any shipping liability's.
