HDTV Component Video Wall Plate Kit

The CVWP Component Video Wall Plate Kit extends high-definition and standard definition component video wire runs up to 500 feet over standard Cat-5 cable.

The CVWP Kit can be used in any system that requires component video signals be sent over long distances, and is the ideal for component video distribution from an to zones equipped with high-definition TV monitors. The CVWP can also serve as the method of distributing local (in-zone) component video sources, such as DVD players and satellite receivers, back to the head-end for whole house distribution through an S12 or other video matrix switcher. The CVWP Kit consists of two single-gang, Decora? -style wall plates: a SEND plate and a RECEIVE plate. Dip switches on the RECEIVE plate allow you to adjust the video gain level and contrast based on the length of the Cat-5 wire run. Both plates also have F-to-F barrel connectors for the routing of digital audio over coaxial cable.
